EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

At ALTO SUNGLASSES, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. That's why we have a clear and simple process for exchanges and returns.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT (NO COST TO YOU)

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or with any manufacturing issue, we will take care of it. ALTO SUNGLASSES covers the cost of return shipping, and we will send you a replacement or issue a refund, as you prefer. You don't have to worry about any additional costs.

EXCHANGES DUE TO CUSTOMER DECISION

If you wish to exchange your product for another model or color, you have up to 7 days from the product's arrival at your address to request it. In this case, the shipping cost is borne by the customer. After this period, we cannot accept exchanges.

CONDITIONS

To be eligible for an exchange or return, the item must be in perfect, unused condition and in its original, sealed packaging, exactly as you received it, including all accessories (case, cloth, and box).

PROCESS

The process is simple. You must follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp at 644 278 6295, providing your order number and product description. If your product arrived damaged, attach a photo.
  2. We will send you the necessary information to manage your exchange or return.
  3. Securely package the item, including all accessories and original documentation.
  4. Send the package following the instructions we provide. (Remember: in case of a damaged product, we cover the shipping; for exchanges due to personal decision, it's at your expense.)

REFUND

Your refund will be processed once we receive the returned product and verify that it is in perfect condition. Upon completion of verification, you will receive your refund according to the original payment method.
